Tea Parties, Cakeheads and Tiny Mossgrove Elfin… {New Art Treats}

I just added some new art treats to my online shop.

I have feverishly been working on little faces and such the last couple of months, and finally, here they are all varnished and ready for homes.

As you know, some of the elves I make come from the Magical Cypress Grove.

This is just the place where a tea party is happening today…

If you are extra nice, and make a special cake, they might peek out…

More photos on that piece to follow…

Because I also want to introduce you to a few really special little tiny folks.

You see, as in life as we know it, there are all sorts of people.  Short, tall, different accents, different ways of life.

Such is the same case in elfin worlds.

There are the elfin you have come to know, from the Magical Cypress Grove…

However, even deeper in the forest, is the Enchanted Mossgrove, where the tiniest of elfin creature live.

They are no more than thumb size, I tell you.

And boy can they sing.

Oh, mesmerizing tunes they sing.

If you sleep with your windows open, you might just hear them.

Song traveling on sonic wind waves.

Here is one of the little guys, Lucas Mossgrove.

Acorn hat and all 🙂

I will introduce you to a few of his friends in a second.

Right now, Freya is tugging at my skirt, so excited to meet you all.

Seems her and her friends must have spent some time at Ladurée in Paris, because they all came back with gold glistening accents.  Maybe they also went to Versailles?

Wherever it was, it rubbed off 😉

But, back to the tea party in the Magical Cypress Grove, for the moment…

You see, it was a perfectly pink sky day, with spring on its way…

So, while all that's going on…

Deep deep deep in the woods, at the bottom of the forest, by the stream, where beams of light shine in through thick trees…

You met Lucas above.

Below is Juniper…

And Theodore…

All with their own mushroom, plucked right out of the fairy circle, me thinks.

Moss included 🙂

As for cake heads.

They are extra fancy with their French gold…

See you soon!

Love, V
