I’m Vanessa Valencia, artist, photographer, and storyteller behind A Fanciful Twist. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the playful and the peculiar—the kind of magic you might stumble upon while wandering through a wildflower meadow or through a secret keyhole, to a fairytale.
Through paint, pen, clay, and camera lens, I capture little fragments of wonder and bring them to life here on the blog. Whether it’s through hand-crafted creations, whimsical photography, or tales from my garden, A Fanciful Twist is my way of sharing joy, curiosity, and a touch of enchantment with kindred spirits like you.
