You guys!!! What amazing kindred spirits you are. Just loooooved your positive vibes in that last post. I wish I could throw you a real life party, wouldn’t that be fun? Hmmm, maybe, one day? Imagine? It would be insane!
On another note, in our little world I have been a worry wart puppy mama to Matty. He has not been feeling good since Friday, and worrying me to pieces. Today was his vet visit. He was put to sleep (yikes), and all sorts of tests were done, plus little scrapings taken of his poor eyebrow skin.
We have to wait for results and more tests to come.
He is now resting with his little big brother Miles, who keeps licking him and loving on him. Although Matty sometimes makes the scary face and goes grrrrrr, he mostly loves his little big brother.
Especially for playing + chasing and wrestling with.
Oh, and for napping with too.

We got up so very early to spend our whole morning with the vet.
It is so hard when you are dealing with furs, because they can’t tell you what is wrong. The guess work is so overwhelming and belly anxiety inducing, ain’t it?

My boys are always so healthy, and I just don’t like seeing them not feeling good.
Gotta get our little warrior back up to 100%

Matty seems to be doing a little better, responding to his medications, and we are waiting for all the results to narrow out a few things. I think, I hope, he’ll be all cured soon if all works out 🙂

Poor Matty. It’s so scary to see a pup under anesthesia. You know what cracks me up? Those ridiculous space collars they sometimes have to wear.

Honey Man and I can soooo relate to the anxiety of a sick fur babe… Our beautiful Minnie was sooo sick a couple of months ago. She lost all her vim and vigor and would not wag her tail. We throughly checked the furry body to no avail. That evening she showly crept into my studio, sat beside me, put her paw in my lap and let out a mournful wail. That morning we were off to the emergency vet followed by the regular vet… Long story short her thyroid was all out of wack and daily meds perscribed. Now Miss Minnie Delicious is he old self again, yay and hooray!
Get well soon Mr. Matty we’re pulling for you!!!

Oh, I hope handsome Matty is ok! I know how nerve wracking it can be when one of your furbabies aren’t well.

Oh no! I hope Matty is okay the poor thing. It is so hard when something is wrong, but they can’t tell you what it is. I hope he feels better soon! Maybe this weird wind will blow his sickness away. Oh, I’m so sorry about Matty! So much going on around here I haven’t checked in. It’s just awful when a fur baby is sick…like you said, they can’t tell you what’s bothering them. I so hope he’s just fine and will be himself soon!
My daughter’s little fur baby girl spent today at the vet too. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that the meds will do the trick and she will be healthy quickly.

We went to Napa Tuesday after lunch and didn’t get back until late last night, so I missed your 2 for 1 sale! Arrrrgh! Yes…I’m feeling kind of pirate-ish at the moment. Dang!
I did indeed enjoy going to Napa though, (business trip for my hubby). Just driving around the hills and the lush landscapes of Napa, the beautiful villas, one castle, and thousands of acres of vineyards was so enchanting I almost felt I was in France!
It was a nice break from the boring valley we live in.
Poor Matty, not feeling well yet? I hope the vet figures out what is wrong.

oh, i hope matty is all better soon! we had a bit of a scare last summer with mr. cash…he threw up for a month solid! we had to go to the vet 3 or 4 times before they figured out what was wrong with him. i was a nervous wreck!! we’re all sending lots of love and hugs to mr. matty and all of you!!! let us know how it goes….
