Happy Valentine's Day!!!!!
I just love today.
The more over the top the better.
The more silly, sappy, ooey gooey Valentiney, the better.
Pink and red are my fave.
My sis made the garland above.
She sent me a lovely parcel, filled with Valentine treats she made.
I saved it for this morning, along with a big box from Mombie.
Lovee's homemade cards knock my socks off!
They are hilarious.
He has been painting a heart shaped rock for me every year since we met.
Sometimes they are big, sometimes they are small.
Sometimes they have words.
Sometimes none at all.
Matty and Miles and I made Lovee a homemade card too.
I tried to put red glitter lips on my photo.
But, well, it didn't work out so well, hahahaa!
To me, the cheesier a homemade Valentine, the better.
The sillier, the even more better.
I saved Mom's box for last…
I'll tell you what the parcel she sent is.
It is Valentine's Day in a box.
I don't know where I would be today, if I didn't have a Mom like her. Over the top is normal to her. Her norm begins at over the top, and increases from there.
I love it.
I just realized, she is a HUGE reason I still feel like a kid.
She keeps me feeling ever so young.
She doesn't pressure me to grow up, ever.
Plus, growing up is overrated, isn't it?
She says there is a pipe cleaner ring, that she made, inside the box.
I still have not found it.

photo? Yes yes, he gave that to me about a month ago. I read it all
and enjoyed it so much. Only, my copy had tons of typos – which I found so
amusing and funny! 😉

Doggie treats, human treats. I baked all day. We were going to take
a day trip – but it snowed. 70 degree weather for 2 months, than a slight
drop and snow, all in one day. Bizarre Arizona ;))))
Oh Cori Love, YES YES it snowed!!!!! It was unreal.
Unreal! I stayed in it until I was soaked and frozen to the bone. It
has been so warm for months – and then snow. But it almost always snows
here in February. It was a white silent dream. It stuck, and then, a
few hours later was gone…. just like that. A kiss of snow 😉

do, a lot. But you know – how can you thank such goodness? I cant
believe I didnt see her when I was in highschool. I thought she was
annoying and in my way 🙂 And now – I see her – and she is amazing!

I’ve been mentioning to my Great Guy that I love the looks of some nice baked cookies in the local pastry shop, and I got for Valentines his first attempt in baking cookies for me 🙂
They weren’t much to look at, but they were the best thing I’ve ever got!

That snow was crazy! I just happened to look outside and there were GIANT snowflakes floating down everywhere! It was magical. It was so funny because I rushed to take a picture and when I went outside a bunch of our (new, we moved yay!) neighbors were all taking pictures too. Back in Oregon snow in February doesn’t warrant a comment, but here it is photo worthy. Good ol’ AZ!
