In a Circus of Dreams is where I have been lately…
That place where the performance begins.
Sparkles twinkle madly as she flies through the sky.
Golden stars dancing through moist clouds and pink skies.
A ribbon of twinkles holds she, and then, the music…
Oh the music!
Her bestest friend and performing companion trots in…
As she leaps in bliss…
Hints of color flash about.
A magical smattering of teal and purple dance upon the zebra…
Exploding every so delicately through fluffy clouds…
And then, you wake up.
Or do you?

I am so glad to finally be able to share some new pieces.
I have been working on several this summer, but that thing called life gets in the way.
You know what I mean?
As for today…
I think I hear sprinklers calling my names, it's 107' F, with pure 100% sunshine.

It's that space where the heat feels like marshmallow steps in night time thoughts, during the deepest sleep.
Ahh, yes.
This heat.
Finding a way to love it = lime popsicles + laying in the soggy lawn under the sprinkler.

She absolutely makes me smile and want to fly through the air around my home pretending that I could do such things. In my dreams I could fly like this. Everything on it is wonderfully and magically perfect. You inspire me everytime I open the tiny door to your world. I meant to tell you I was able to sneak a magic key that would get me to your side of Wonderland. hehehe. I love her and her enchanted Zebralicious friend.

I have been listening to The Night Circus, in preparation for the autumn parties. I can see your performer twirling above the rings and the audience eyes wide and mouths round with ohs.
Love her flowing skirts and the confidence and peaceful expression upon her face.

This new piece is spectacular. Of course, I adore all things circusy. Adding that zebra gave this piece a little unexpected pop of brilliance! I am swooning….and not because it’s 103 degrees outside my house!
