As I was sitting and sunning my knees,
A scent was delivering aromatic tea.
The daliha’s and zinnia’s started breezing around,
When I heard a ‘tap, jump, slide, dive’ dancing sound.
A wee white rabbit dashed just out of sight,
As time bells rung, a ding-dong-ding, to my left and right.
Kerplunck, kerplop the sugar cubes dropped,
And white rivers of cream poured and topped.
My glorious cup of home brewed tea,
Was floating with sweets all around me.
A party banner filled the air,
Announcing a tea party glory affair.
Butterflies danced and laughed out loud,
As elf’s launched fairies off tea steam clouds.
