Magical Halloween Festivities at the Witch’s Cottage

Well hello my pretties, fancy meeting you here on this magnificent day.

Mademoiselle Eugenie and Monsieur Etienne are here to read all sorts of spooky stories as we fill our day with tricks and treats galore.

So many tales, especially about a good witch’s cottage in the garden, and more.

We will be delighted for certain, no doubt indeed.

As all manner of fanciful creatures turn up for pumpkin holiday.

Candlelight dances around the room, as…

Sparkly Jack-o-Lanterns howl with contagious song and laughter.

The owlings join in the chorus with their whooo, whoooo, whoooo’s.

Meanwhile, Frederick is positively inconsolable, as usual, that he might miss any morsel of the merriment.

Don’t worry Frederick, just have fun and carve your pumpkin.

Music and magic fill the air, for now ‘Tis Halloweeeen!

So, put on your fancy boots and kick up your ruffled black skirt…

As we dance the night away.

We shall practice a few spells, and…

Bask in the delights, as we prepare to skip down the bend…

Into the garden and to the witch’s cottage.

We’ve heard tales of magical sparkles floating in the breeze as she makes her caramel apples and baked candied popcorn.

Hold hands and don’t be afraid.

Through the path of enchanted trees we go, as the glowing lights guide the way.

And then we are here, hooray!

To the place of endless whimsical magic.

We twirl and skip in delight, bobbing for apples and tossing sparkles into the night.

The witch’s cottage is soooo cozy and warm.

Spiced cider and a scrumptious fire beckon us…

Don’t forget to leave your broom and hat at the door as you go in.

And so, this is where we will be until a quarter past 3.

Halloween all day and night.

And really, continues until November Friday the 13th.

But then again, in this place Halloween lives year round.

A place of dreams and magic, that never leaves just because of a silly ole date on a calendar.

If you are here right at the strike of midnight, you can stay forever if you like.

Or find a way into the portal, where you may visit us night after night.

We will be on the porch waiting for you.

Thank you for joining us, and for carrying that whimsy in your pumpkin heart.

Now we must we off for our flight around the pumpkin patch.

Making sure the imps and goblins are behaving, no pumpkin fights with my little orange orbs that are growing in the garden.

And just like that, the sky turns into a purple glow as the magic exploooodes!
