Let’s Make Sparkly Shamrock Brooches!

Remember my sparkly Shamrock Tutorial?

With a free sharmock template printable I shared a while back?

Well, it seems folks are still enjoying making them, so I thought I would resurrect mine in honor of Saint Patrick's day on the horizon.

Fresh coat of glitter and everything.

My mom called yesterday saying she was making them for her coffee club friends.

Get your freebies for this sparkler here, you still have time to make 😉

(and it's easy too)

The entire yard is carpeted in green, lots of little clovers too!

Perfect timing for the little growings.

My sister, also known as Bobbypin Bandit, used my free template to make herself a snazzy banner.

LOVE the newspaper backing.

Tutorial here.

Razzle dazzle, no?

Also, keeping in trend with emerald green sparkliness for sure.

I wish I had some emerald green glitter.

I'm all out.

I LOVE when folks send me pics of things they make with my lil' tuts.

The gals at CampMommaWATCHI posted their shamrock on their site, and on BlogHer.

Shamrock Love.

Do I sound a bit crazed today?

I really am.

Spring fever in full effect.

The sprinkler is on.

It's hot outside.

The birds are going out of their gourds.

Lovee took my car today.

He's bringing big things home from a friend it seems.

(suv)

Miles is soaked.

Matty is sleeping behind my chair.

Hanging in there, no better no worse, just stable, which makes me happy.

Hopefully over time he will get even better.

I am staying light filled and positive.

And being a good furmama.

Making good food, giving good cuddles.

It's all I can do.

Yesterday my flip flops tanned onto the top of my foot.

It was so sunny.

Sprouts everywhere.

Little pink and white flowers on fruit trees.

Cool in the morning and evening.

These are the days to love Southern Arizona.

Oh oh also, I still have those free printable Saint Patrick's Day Cards for ya.

Click here for printable, give them at least 60-80 seconds to open.

I have green eyes so, I wear green everyday.
    Have a wonderful week end.

  10. OH, I would love to have green eyes. I have brown eyes. I like them fine. Once I bought some green contacts at the mall and had green eyes for about 3 hours. I never was into colored contacts, but I saw them and they were cheap, and I thought I would surprise my mom, as we were meeting for lunch. Those things made my eyeballs so sore and sad 🙂 Everyone thought it was fun, and that was my 1 time adventure with green eyes. It surely made my eyes more sparkly me thinks 😉

  11. I know it rocks, did I send it to you last week? I thought I had. Put it on for little V and let her run in circles k?

  12. Deb, I know i know, you make it an send me a bowl ;)))

  16. Emalina says:

I should have made these, as I’m a quarter irish, but left it too late today so will just celebrate with a roast chicken feast and lots of good booze instead!

  17. Stephanie says:

Wonderful to find you in good spirits here…and that spring is truly sprouting…somewhere. Bits of green but slow in coming, warm enough though to get out and do some spring cleaning in the garden!
    x…x

  18. Theresa says:

Those shamrocks are so wonderful! So many FUN uses for them! Thank you, Vanessa. I made Irish soda bread for the holiday – and the hubby feasted on corned beef and cabbage (I don’t partake of it). We enjoyed a visit to an old turn of the century village on St. Patrick’s Day. It was so much fun and a great way to usher in the new season!
