Holiday Treats, Holiday Cards, Yipppeee!!

I can't wait to share, so I will simply jump in now!  Sugar Plum Fairies and Candy Swirled cakes, red and white polka dotted tights and girls with pet deer…  Snowflakes abound, and happy sparkly yummy winter cheer!!  My drawing pencil sends early greetings!!  (but not too early for card shopping)

W sugar plum fairy

This is what my mind has been a flurry of for months now. Do you know how hard it is to keep these things to myself?  I hope you enjoy the holiday fun…  There are originals and elves and theaters on their way…  But for now, all the Holiday cards are in my shop.  Including little postcard calendars, of the Charming Silhouette variety.

Before I go any further, I should tell you that, I did an insane thing and ordered many (many) Holiday cards.  Which meant I was offered a great deal (as in, less money), so I passed the savings on to the Holiday postcard prices.  You'll see 😉

Here is a roll up of what you will find in the shopling.  All Holiday cards are also in canvas print form.

The Sugar Plum Fairy (who is also now visiting my banner).

Holiday 5

A postcard sized, 2009 Calendar.  Which is perfect for a New Year's card too, me thinks…  Mr. Lovee will be sending these out for Hanukkah…

Holiday 3

Holiday 2

Then this lil' Miss who is a beloved friend of mine that I reworked for this Holiday season…

Holiday Deer, Holiday Cheer…

Holiday Deer Back

The photos really don't do them justice…  They are so scrumptious in real life…

Holiday 6

The little cutie below has been driving Mr.  Lovee insane with Holiday Tunes…  He said, are you sure you want to annoy me this early with Holiday tunes.  And you know what she answered?  She is so cheeky, she said "I am not asking for a car, I am not asking for a mansion, I am not asking for jewels, so I am not asking, and singing every holiday tune I want to my hearts content, oh and while I am at it, I am putting up a pink Christmas tree extra early."  You know what he said to that?  " I guess she has a point."  hee hee…  (okay okay, it was me who was cheeky, not the cutie below 😉

I hope you get to run on over and have a peek ;)

Postcard Medley 2

I am being a very busy bee.  But, every night before I go to bed, I am crocheting to my hearts content in my litle private boudoir whilst devouring Foreign films.  I have a plan for these happy doilies.  Yes, that is my current obsession.  I get all crazy crochet lady, then over do it until it dies down.  Then it starts up again when I least expect…

Crochet 1

I guess, it poses no harm, since it is only yarn…  By the way, I baked a few more banana breads per the Mister's request.  But the oddest thing happened.  The baking bread gave me a splitting headache yesterday, and it is still lingering…  Is there something about banana's cooking and headaches that I don't know about?  Others have confirmed a similar reaction.  Hmmmm…. Tres interesante…

On a totaly random note.  I have been meaning to share with you who greets me at the post office on a regular basis, without fail…

Friends 1

I often look out my window, and this little guy is just standing there…  Maybe he wants to borrow my shoes?  Oh, wait, I got it!  He wants my sparkly stuff.  I bet that is it!!  Bangles and metals…

Friend 2

Funny little guys, aren't they??

Oh and, I will choose two names for the last posts drawing.  So, you can toss your name in again in this post, for a double chance…  Or, join in if you haven't yet…  I will draw names in a few days…  (The giveaway is for Charming silhouettes, Mermaid & Peacock postcards medley)

See you sooooooon!  Lots of 🖤's, V

  1. ohh my, Im in love with those little guys at the end..haha your cards look fabulous!!

Prairie dogs. I lived in a rural area once here in Flag and we had zillions of these all over the acreage. Sooo dangerous to walk outside without falling in their burrows!!! We used to watch them through the window, so cute. I love animals!

I can’t wait to start putting up decorations..I have a tiny frosted house in a big glass dome, silver garland, a purple sparkly tree..oodles of cute ornaments (ice cream ornament!! yum)
We are all secretly crazy inside..crazy about Christmas or poodles, cotton candy and sparkly hair barrettes..whatever you fancy, Miss Fanciful Twist!

What are they Chipmunks? They are so cute! The sugar plum fairy is good enough to eat and I like the other characters too. I wish I could crochet-my Nan and my great Aunt taught me to knit but I was so impatient as a child I think they probably thought crocheting was a step too far! Do you LOVE those guys?! very cute. Lots of people don’t like them, but I do. Anyway, my partner loved the giftie you sent me, the Palmistry gift, so you don’t have to include my name, but I have to say, that calendar postcard is fab. I don’t know what it is about bananas cooking and headaches. I have never heard of it, but I once had an oven issue that gave me headaches, but I don’t know if I should share it in a comment… Anyway, I’m going to the shop now.
