Adios Google Reader!
It’s true.
Just a quick reminder post…
Google Reader is no more on July 1, 2013.
That means, beyond pronto.
Like, yesterday, tomorrow, now.
I was never much for blog readers, but I am really enjoying Bloglovin.
I tested it out myself for several weeks.
And you know what, I love it.
It’s clean, fresh and easy.
Plus, it helps you keep up with blogs you 🖤 and don’t want to miss.

But I thought you should know, because Google Reader is off to RIP tomorrow.
Here’s some info on converting your Google Reader list to Bloglovin.
Of course, there are other options.
This is just the only one I have ever used.

At the moment I’m using Feedly. It’s quite good, but can be a bit slow at times. Apparently they’ve been completely overwhelmed in the last few months by people coming over from Google reader.
You know it’s so odd – I have tried to get over to Feedly a couple times recently, and the page will never load for me.

Hi there Sandy,
Oh thank you for checking in on us. We are all fine – no fire danger here near us, as far as I know.
I was worried myself as my uncle is part of the Arizona search and rescue and a fire chief, so I made my mom call him late last night to be sure he wasn’t one of the poor fire fighters that perished yesterday.
So sad.
He was fine, thank goodness.
Fire is so so so scary.

Thanks for the update. I am on Bloglovin’ somewhere. LOL I love receiving blog updates via email – for me, it is the best way to TRY and keep up-to-date. 🙂 Glad there is something viable for us bloggers to use and keep up with all the fabulous blogs out there!
