Just in the nick of time!
New littles in the shopling!
So many faces and tales, oh my!
Weeks of making and getting to know these lovelies has been such a joy!
I love them all soooooo π€
And guess who stopped in from the Fairy Tale Forest?
A Frog Prince!!
Heloooo Edmund!
Smiling sunflower elves…
All decked out for the family portrait.
Funny little girls in party hats…
Sparkly happy cakeheads!
Ribbbbit!
Kiss me now or lose me forever π€
Delicate whispered tales from Celestine the swan…
Giggles from little elves…
Sparkly wings…
AND…
Our first extra large doll in ages.
Years.
Meet Francesca Flowerbottoms.
We love her to pieces!
She is about 14" tall seated from toe to the top of her head.
Totally hand-sculpted, as are all the others.
All hand made clothes.
And vintage jute hair, deconstructed and reconstructed π
So many flowery treats in her hair, pink butterfly too.
Mwwwuah!
All handmade clothes, tea stained and lace ribboned to the T!
Of course, she goes nowhere without her pet toadstool.
Everyone gathering.
Looking for homes.
This really is as close to a family portrait as we all get around these woods.
I loooove them so.
Little pieces of my heart in clay.
Looking to go live with you.
All in the shop now.
Right here at, aFancifulTwist.Etsy.com
Soooo, that is where I have been.
If you have been wondering.
Ever so busy.
Regular blogging now resumes!

I just got here! Your goodies are going fast! Sheesh! So adorable! I would have loved to have had the swan and girl! Too late! Too many people got here before I did! Waaaa!!!!
Blessing to you!
Miss Teresa
I’m so happy you were able to put them in the shop!
Oh, Vanessa – how wonderful they all are! Your creativity and talent are amazing, truly.
I was out Christmas shopping and didn’t see the post ’till just now (after midnight here), and almost all of them are already snapped up! (Of course they are – they are magical and lovely!)
I was so hoping to give a little house, or one of your little elves, a new home…oh, well, maybe next time. And in the meantime, well, hooray for talented you, and for your beautiful littles, and for all the lucky folks who got them!
Beautiful! Beautiful! And gone!! π I would love to see where they journeyed to and went to live….:)
Wow, you are so talented! Love the flower faery house!
Your little folk are so cute, Vanessa! I just love your doll – she is so pretty and her clothes are wonderful. Great job on her!
I love all your sweet creations. You are blessed with talent.
xo Danielle
So many lovely creations. They are wonderful. Great job.
I love the swan!!! Great work, sis. Everything looks lovely.
Well, fiddlesticks and broomsticks! Every time I find out about your Littles in the Shop, they’re gone. It’s alright since I’m broke anyway. If I ever start making any money from my purplemooseheartart.com site, maybe I’ll be able to buy something. I still love, love, love your painting of the trees and the lamb. You are one beautifully talented person!
OH these are all positively like some kind of fairy candy!! What pretties, all!! (I’m particularly smitten with the swan and frogΓ’β¬Β¦.swoooooon)! Sending you and yours a most merry and magical Christmas-time!!
Gazing at your beautiful sparkly works of magic always makes me smile.
Your little dolls are SO precious! You are blessed with an amazing gift! xo Jen
Oh, how these are oozing with sweetness and charm!!! Lovely, lovely creations, Vanessa! (As always.) It’s clear how much love you put into these — the detail is stunning. My favorite is the swan, and her little crown — I want, want, want!! Alas, since I got so behind, it is gone (and was probably snatched up right away anyway, I’m guessing). Maybe a commission? I’ll be in touch. π
