Helloooo there friends!!!
I'm so sorry I've been away for so long.
I've got a million personal business, real estate, country building and things going on.
All good, all fun, all stressful, all great outcomes.
(I hope)
But still so busy.
And a new cottage in the country went up today.
I've had little time to even breathe this month, my most favorite month.
I could cry from how too fast it's gone by.
But what can I do?
Not much, life happens.
But here I am today to share a magazine my country home and garden are currently in.
And to share a giveaway!

I've seen it in grocery stores and Barnes and Noble if you fancy a copy sooner.
Jennifer Carroll did an incredible job with the entire magazine.
It encompasses fall and winter, you just have to see it.
Jam packed with goodness.
Oh the fun and magic we've had!
There will be so much more, I promise!
I have not jumped blog ship.
I've just had so many changes in my life, I need to readjust.
Well, not so much changes as much as additions of goodness.
All delightful, and all will morph with fun and madness I'm sure.
But for now, we have some Halloween celebrating to do!
And it doesn't end there, the magazine goes on with winter and Christmas in the most…
Scrumptious way!!
But for now, it's still autumn…
Beloved autumn.
Someday soon sure to find her way to Arizona.
Where it is still summer but the nights are changing.
I think I need an extra week of Halloween celebrations just to catch up.
I might just do that actually.

October did fly by and most of it was spent too warm and muggy here in Arkansas… uuughh… But here at the end of it we are in the throes of it… the leaves are gorgeous…. the bucks are chasing the does… the little goblins will be out tonight.. and the house smells of baking.. I love the Sampler, I too feel the fast pace of fall this year, Setting up my front porch for Trick and Treater’s tonight, in our cold rainy Michigan, while digging out Christmas props for my shop set up (in an antique mall) and in my home, Your right “stressful”, yet all Good!

Hi Vanessa! I’m so glad there are exciting things happening for you, though I miss the Halloween party! I’m in the midst of trick or treat at my daughter’s house, as my farm is too remote for beggars! I whipped up witch fingers this year for the adult revelers, and skeleton family is reclining contentedly amongst the flickering lanterns. Have a wonderfully haunted and magical night!

Happiest Hallowe’en, Vanessa! So lovely to hear from you.
We are cold and rainy here in Ontario at the moment, but so very colourful! All the trees are stubbornly hanging onto their leaves this year. I suspect they know full well how gorgeous they look and (like the rest of us) are in no hurry to haul out the winter clothes.
