Oooo October, how can it be?
It's here so soon and with a few days in too.
So exciting!
My dining table is full of pastel pumpkins and stripes and Mexican paper flowers.
I have not officially decorated because I've been so busy.
With what you ask?
Well, the extra fun news is that the shop is full of new Halloween infused cards.
They are so pretty and fun, I just can't stop looking at them.
They are printed by a professional card printer so they are commercial quality.
Nice satin finishes and sturdy enough to be used as little art pieces.
Tacked to the fridge or to be framed which I see often and it makes me swoon!
There's so much to choose from, sprinkles and tea parties galore.
The Whimsical Witches are a card this year too, wish you could see them in person.
Light and bright autumn festivities.
I think I'll make a banner garland with some of these for my mantle.
Pumpkin cottage has tales to tell and…
A very whimsical garden party is ready to send to your friends!
I've made up some new card packs too.
Just in case it's too hard to choose.
Bundled witches are waiting for you 🙂
Unpacking, doing inventory, stocking, making parcels ready to go.
It's been a busy beginning to a favorite season.
The shop is bursting with Halloween goodies right here.
I've also restocked favorites like floral spirit board, fortune teller & a bunch more.
Take a peek.
I'm shipping every 24 hours so Halloween card orders will arrive very quickly.
I wish this season had a couple extra weeks in it because I just love it soooo!
It's pretty hot here again, which means a lot of this is still going on, lovely…
However I'm tending garden everyday still, and while I looove flower power, I'm ready to raise my white flag.
I'm ready for cool temps and a huge break from the heat big time.
I'm ready for fall everything.
I'm ready, I'm ready!
I've savored my summer to the last drop.
Fall, I'm sooooo 100% in!
Pleeeeease come on over.
How bout you?
What's going on out there in your neck of the great big woods?
See you really soon,
Lots of love!
Vanessa

I love love love your photos and card packs!💕💕 I received a gorgeous pack in the mail from you recently and I plan on framing them and using them as the art that they are! I love them too much to share, though I suppose I’m sharing them with my family since they live here…â˜ºï¸ I’m ready for fall too and luckily the weather in Northern Michigan is cooperating. Just last night it was 36 degrees. I love wearing cozy clothes and lighting a fire. We are busy cleaning and getting ready for a snowy winter. I plan on sewing a lot. Thanks for sharing your magical world and beautiful photographs/art! It always brings my heart joy. 😘✨💕🌸💗🌺💕✨
good morning
How I love all of your pictures you share, they are so magical and full of fun and such pretty colors. Enjoy this beautiful day. We are in CT and it has cooled down and we are having temps in the 60’s during the day. Feels so nice

Absolutely enchanting Vanessa! Here in Montana we’ve already gotten a few inches of snow. Are you having another Halloween party this year?
Hello Lovely Lady, goodness but it has been an age since we last spoke (or typed more like!)
Looks like all is well in your neck of the woods. I always love all your pretty photos!!!
I am writing to see roughly what it would cost to commission you to make an owl doll much like the one that occasionally shows up on your photos. I adore owls and would love to have something crafted by your lovely self.
Not sure if you even have time to do this sort of thing anymore… but I had to ask…
PS I changed my name from Tricia Fountaine to Tricia Saroya. I have taken my middle name as my last. No longer a family or ex husband name, just my own…
Your art and photos are amazing. You have some how brought my whimsical and wondrous dreams and day dreams to life with your art. I enjoyed reading your Bio and live in Arizona myself. I am loving the cooler weather too. I’ve been creative and artistic but not sure I would call myself an artist. I grew up in California which is a beautiful state. I love all the lush green landscape and miss the beauty of it. But it is interesting how living her in Arizona has made me feel free more open to express myself. I have always loved creating stories weather it be with words, photos or art but have been shy about sharing them for fear of criticism. I am not sure if it is my age but now I am not too worried about what people say just that I enjoy taking my imagination and bring it to life. Even if only my family likes it. You know how family’s are mine love everything I do. You have inspired me so much so that I will continue to share my creative side even though I have had no comments yet. Your blog is wonderful and inspiring and I will be following and look forward to each new post.
Rebecca
I am guessing there is no Halloween blog hop this year.

Mother Nature is a trickster girl, to be sure! We had a wee snap of a delicious chill that got us all outside and gleefully decorating for fall and snapping up pumpkin everything – but now we are back to humid and hot hot hot by day and 60s if we are lucky by night! (oh, Florida!) 🙂
I love the Witches Pack the best, though they are all yummy. Every time I come here lately I find myself craving candy corn and pastel pumpkins for days hahaha! Although I gotta say, that napkin (?) with the gold skelly head is haunting me now 🙂 xoxoviiixoxo
Yay! Halloween!!
Your whimsy in your art and everything you do make my heart flutter. Love it! We just got over a heat wave but today it’s raining! Oh yeah, rain in Southern California. None of us are quite sure what to do! ;p All I know is to do my happy dance! I cherish it sooooo much! xoxoxo Jen
