I can finally share my Halloween feature in the current issue of Holiday Décor Magazine.

I am so delighted with this feature.
I really feel that who I am, and my vision of fanciful whimsy, was really captured in this article.
I am only sharing a few snippets, as there is so much to see.
But I just had to share a few tidbits with theeee!
And, because I feel that we must celebrate…
I have decided that we should probably…

As far as a favourite treat….
Chocolate covered jujubes, especially the black licorice-flavoured ones.
I haven’t had them in ages, because they don’t seem to turn up in stores around here very often. That’s probably not a bad thing, and it makes for a real treat when they are available.

I really love anything chocolate but I have a soft spot for candy corn this time of year. My absolute fave treat that is only once a year – pumpkin delights…they are little debbie cakes. They are so hard to find!
My favorite treat is vegan cheesecake and vegan ice cream all mixed together! I like to dip dark chocolate into the mix like chips… yum!
Oooh I love chips with guacamole and/or salsa! I’m more of a savory than sweet person but my favorite sweet treat is baklava 🎃🖤🧙â€â™€ï¸

Enchanting, per usual! I have followed your blog since the beginning and it is always a treat to see your whimsical world celebrated by others. My favorite treats vary depending on time of the year, weather, mood, etc., but currently I am savoring espresso poured over vanilla ice cream. And hot apple crisp with a scoop of vanilla too! And always, a big bowl of freshly popped popcorn.

ohhhh i always love your articles in these magazines. i collect them and hold on to them for inspiration, even though i know i could just come to the blog or ig. there is something about flipping the pages of a magazine (or book).
my favorite treat would be… grocery store birthday cake. i know, i know. homemade is great. there is just something about my neighborhood grocer bakery that their birthday cakes are soooo good!

Ooh what a treat!! I love that even more people will be inspired by your style and wonder. The only treat I can think of off the top of my head at the moment is candy corn. Looks like a lovely article, I’ll definitely pick it up. As for treats I used to love the pumpkin spice kisses but they stopped making them. However last year I discovered they were using the same recipe to coat KitKats this time of year. I also love candy corn!! Hugs & kisses to Matty & Teddy 💕😘💕

Treats are always welcomed here. To narrow it the two is hard – hummmmm? Since you mentioned tea party my mind is headed that direction. Recently I have been making fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate and a savory trout sandwich with a fresh nasturtium on top for tea parties. I love them both.
