Just a quick note.
You see…
There are lots of bunnies in my world. I collected them for a long time, and still love them. Also, being year of the rabbit means people give me bunny treasures too.
I also twitch my nose when it’s itchy.
A habit from years of sneezy allergies.
Back in the day, the Easter Bunny used to visit me in the middle of the night before Easter, leaving me a HUGE basket filled with treats.
But never, no never, has the Easter bunny visited me like this.
There I was, getting ready to put freshly laundered sheets on my bed.
When I heard a loud thud.
🙂
And then there he was, the Easter bunny himself.
Or is it the Easter Puppy?
Thrilled, isn’t he?
Haha!
Okay so, we have had massive cabin fever with all the rain storms the last few days.
Hence, the ears.
Bunny love was in order for sure in that state of madness.
I just had to stop in and share real quick…
This Miles, I tell ya, he wears his feelings in the best expressions ever.
He also uses those eyes in the best way.
Think he’s annoyed?
Or bored silly?
Both?
I think he’s thinking “this ain’t funny lady…”
He makes the best bun.
So soft and huggable.
What a sport!
I told him if he hogged the bed all night and kept me awake, I would post these.
His little big brother Matty, is sleeping right by me.
Yesterday he seemed to feel a little bit better.
The pain pills are helping.
And he ate lots of baked chicken.
Yay!

There is so much Easter in the air…I am looking for a small (4 inch) plush bunny. I have looked high and low..Still looking.
I love your new look Miles. You make a very sweet bunny.
I went for a walk on the bay last Easter day, and much to my surprise, as I looked down watching my step, there was the sweetest, most adorable little ceramic bunny lying in a hole that had been freshly exposed because of the county mowing done on the previous day. This bun is my lucky charm and now sits proudly on my desk next to Alessandra Owlette.
Big hugs to Matty and Miles is the most adorable fur bun hun.

The Easter bunny used to bring me some nice goodies too. I miss that & the Great Pumpkin too.
People don’t talk about them much these days. I hope they haven’t retired.

OH MY HEART! Miles is so cute, even if you can tell he is a bit exasperated about having the ears of a bunny that he would rather be chasing stuck atop his head! So glad to hear some good news about Matty.

Thank you Miss Linda Diane. I have becomes Mattys chef. And I
am so 100% happy to do it. He is starting to get a better appetite.
He scared me there for a little bit, stopping eating. But last night and
this morning he ate good homemade food. Its so funny because I am grocery
shopping like if I have real children 😉 Planning their fancy schmancy
meals and such, haha!

What a sweet bun! Miles is just the cutest. I love really expressive faced dogs. Mal is very expressive although his expressions always make him look like the saddest dog ever! I don’t think he is actually sad though (I hope) that is just how his face looks. I am glad Matty is still on the mend, I hope he just keeps getting better and better!
Not bored or annoyed at all. That look says it all; “Yep, I know how adorable I am”.
Isn’t it simply wonderful how fur babies KNOW when to cheer us up! Meow-meow comes running whenever I cry, and rubs herself all over my face, as if to mop up the tears. It is difficult to continue crying when one is laughing. Furry Love. It’s The Best.

Thanks for the grins; that first pic of Miles is priceless! And so glad to read that Matty is eating – a good sign that he’s feeling better (and that his Mom is cheering him up with all his favourite foods).
In case you are curious, we have been singing “You’re nooobunny ’till sooomebunny loooves yooooooou…” since you put up the post. (Well, I have been singing it, with great enthusiasm, and people around me have been humouring me.) :}
