Glue + Paper

I am up to my elbows in glue and paper.

Dripping off me like raindrops…

Sometimes you have to go play in the garden.

With the dogs.

Throw Trix at your sister like an overgrown kid.

They were so colorful I couldn't help myself.

Harass Mister Lovee bunches.

Before you can come back to the place where you are happiest.

Well, maybe not happiest, but pretty close to happiest.

It's in the top 3 of the list.

With glue and glitter on the hands, making them look puckered and funny.

Sometimes, you just need to go have some fun.

While your imagination grows.

Like spring flowers.

And then, there is chicken wire and paper and glue a plenty.

With German glass glitter at the ready.

A fresh and fine golden batch.

With trinkets and treasures galore.

Choosing a few to hang here and there and there and here.

Plunk goes that glue off my elbow.

I feel a wave of something good coming.

By the by…

The other night I feel asleep before I could watch Anna Karenina…

And proceeded to have the most fluttering fairy beautiful dream to the most glorious tune.

Then I realized it was 3 a.m. and the tune was the menu song playing over and over to Anna Karenina.

I have not been able to get over that tune, it's so wonderful.

 

 Well, back to glue I go for now.
