Thank you for all the goodies. I am going to make that caramel corn some time this week. Love all your photos. Sparkly, wonderful Halloween.
Renee, you will be sooooo amazed with the flavor of the popcorn, its
incredible really. I know some people like to put a tinge of vanilla in
theirs, but to me the vanilla makes it too bitter. Let me know how you
like it.
Fun fun fun! October IS indeed the very best month. I am not a huge popcorn fan, but that caramel corn looks amazing! Looking forward to the party fever this Saturday. I MIGHT be able to pull something together, if it is not too late. 🙂 xoxoxo

I have a date with that caramel corn this weekend. Definitely one of my guiltiest most favourite treats. Oh no good can come from this recipe (in regards to my waistline, my mouth will be well pleased.)
You do set the tone for the holiday. It is getting so hard to wait for party day.
Thank you for all the inspiration and freebies.
I think I’ll take you up on that caramel corn recipe. One of my favorites and it would be a fun thing to package up for friends in this season of treats! I do love Halloween, the decorating, the fun of it all! Looking forward to posting my Halloween party post on the hallowed day! The house is finally decorated and ready to soon share and life is good, with boo and eek and a yowling black-and-white cat who thinks she is a banshee! Happy day to you!
*****Gorgeous, Magical, Inspiring…as always! I neeeed that popcorn.*****
I made oatmeal, walnut, crasin cookies as I love to bake in the fall. There is something so cozy about having the oven on and warming up the kitchen to the smell of homemade baked cookies. My hubby loves it too! I have apples, so a pie or apple crumble is next on the agenda.
We have had an unending troop of mama cats over the years who love to have their feral kittens behind our shed. So, even though I adore cats, I had to take mama cat and kittens to the animal shelter yesterday and today. : (
I love animals but I cannot support the feral ones with food. But the shelter said they are not allowed to ‘put down’ the feral cats anymore, which was news to me. Some shelters neuter or spay cats and let them go back into the wild. That’s okay by me! It keeps the rat and mouse population down.
Love your fall goodies! Especially the haunted house!
Miss Teresa
Boo! (Couldn’t resist – the last pic just really made me want to yell that.)
We had a nice October weekend, sunny and just cool enough to be fall-like, but not so cold as to be uncomfortable. It was lovely, and made poking around at that Church Tag Sale I mentioned lots of fun. (I am still happily cleaning and organizing my haul – and desperately trying to find places to put each item!)
There aren’t many Hallowe’en lights, etc., out up here this year. Ours is really the only decorated house on our street, which is very unusual. I’m kind of bummed, since I love seeing what everyone does, and I’m wondering why so many people seem to have skipped it entirely this year.
Makes it even nicer than usual to come here and see all your great pictures, and just generally get immersed in the October/Hallowe’en/Harvest Season – including, of course, your Hallowe’en Extravaganza (I love that word, don’t you?), yay, its almost here! Hope the prep, while possibly frantic, is also fun, and that you’re not too frazzled! (Lots of words starting with ‘f’ there, didn’t plan that.) : )
Happy Wednesday!
Jenn, you will faint… I have begun to party prep 🙂
eeeeeeks! Will begin this afternooooon!!!
We have to talk about this tag sale haul 😉
Yes, we shall have to talk… Especially since one or two teeny-tiny treasures for you and your sister came home with me! : )
(Nothing huge, just little things, but old and sweet – at least I hope you think both so.)
Hee hee hee.
Oops! That would be “…hope you both think so.”
You really create a magical Halloween! <3
