I'll tell you this, it's nothing but green tea and leprechauns around here. And, I don't mean green tea - I mean, green tea…
Nothing like sipping greeeeen tea, whilst peering in at a super cute face ~
Now, I bet you are wondering why on earth I own so much Irish paraphernalia, if I don't have a speck of Irish blood in me?
Well, you see, there is a secret tale about an Irish Lad, accent and all (intertwined in those life tales of ours, that weave about and make up our life story), and he used to gift me all sorts of Irish knick-knacks. I even have an Irish pied piper flute. Now, where did I put that???
I love the tales that make up the tapestry of a life, don't you? Our little stories of how we came to be, and all the paths that led us right to where we are standing. Love that!
Speaking of tales –
I have something exciting to tell you – about a gift, a wonderful gift that you shared with me!

i turned the key, vanessa, and I ended up in the california desert with my friend lori, hiking 16 miles in 80 degree weather. the magic of it is incredible: i didn’t bitch or complain or whine.

My Son’s name is Brian…and last name Boyles…so of course he though he was Irish and always loved St.Patrick’s Day. On one St. Patrick’s day as we were celebrating he said “I am so glad that we are Irish” I quickly replied…”We are not Irish, we are Icelandic and English” he said with a quiver in his voice…”but my name” “English” his Father replied.
Brian was eight years old at the time and said in a loud voice “Why have you not told me this before, all my life I thought I was Irish”
